DEPOSITS
To secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit is required, a £5 deposit for treatments up to £50 and a £10 deposit for treatments £50 or over. Deposits can be paid online via a secure payment link, or in person by cash or card. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance on the day of your treatment can be paid by cash or card.
PATCH TESTS
Certain treatments require a patch test to be done at least 24/48 hours prior to your appointment. Once you’ve completed a patch test for a specific treatment, you won’t need to do another one for the next six months - unless you experience any changes to your skin, hormones or medical conditions during that time. Please be sure to inform me of any such changes before your treatment so I can updating your consultation form and make sure the treatment is suitable for you to have done.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please try to provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment date if notice is given within 48 hours, otherwise the deposit will be lost. No shows will also result in loss of the deposit. Please arrive on time for your appointment and inform me if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled.
