PATCH TESTS
New clients for Eyebrow Tint, Hybrid Stain, Brow Lamination and Lash Lift & Tint treatments are required to have a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. Once you complete a patch test for a specific treatment, it remains valid unless you ever experience changes to your skin, health or hormones, or if it has been over 6 months since your last treatment with me. Please let me know of any changes before your appointment so l can update your client record and ensure the treatment is still suitable for you. If you do not attend your patch test, your treatment cannot go ahead.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, including patch tests and consultations. I do my best to accommodate changes, but last minute adjustments are not always possible. Repeatedly changing the same appointment can result in it being cancelled. If you miss an appointment without contacting me, full payment is required before booking in again. If this happens more than once, you unfortunately can no longer book with me. Please arrive on time or let me know if you are running late, as appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Please attend your appointment alone where possible.
